Refund Policies

In order to issue a refund the product must comply with these requirements:

1. The item received is not the one ordered.

2. The item is in the same condition as it was when packaged. 

The client must contact us within a week of receiving the item. With any concerns or issues please contact us at joysjewelryandmore@gmail.com and we will try to assist!

Damaged items need to be reported to the USPS service since Ground and Priority packages have insurance and we are not responsible for the damage that might be inflicted during the travel.
